PVC Powder Dense Phase Conveying System
FSI Engineering designed, fabricated, installed and commissioned a 22TPH Dense Phase Conveying System for the handling of PVC powder from containers or bulk bags (Dual Supply System) to convey the product a distance of 70m to four different possible destination silos.
White Cement Dense Phase Conveying System
FSI Engineering designed, fabricated, installed and commissioned a 30TPH Dense Phase Conveying System for the handling of white cement from bulk bags to convey the product a distance of 58m to a destination silo with loading bellow for tanker truck filling.
Icing Sugar Vacuum Conveying System
FSI Engineering designed, fabricated and commissioned a 6TPH Vacuum Conveying System for the handling of Icing Sugar from the mill to the storage hopper above the packing machine a distance of 35m away. The system supply included Borosilicate Glass wearbends and sight glasses to allow operator visual checks of the pipework system and flow.
Mobile Polyethlyene Beads Pneumatic Conveying Skid
FSI Engineering designed, fabricated and commissioned an 18TPH Mobile Pneumatic Conveying Skid for the handling of PE beads from Container trucks or from Bulk Bags (Dual Supply System) to various Storage Silos around the plant. The skid can be lifted from the lifting lugs and also includes through supports for lifting by forklift to move as required by the plant.
Animal Feed Vacuum Conveying System
FSI Engineering designed, fabricated, installed and commissioned a 5TPH Vacuum Conveying System for the handling of various feed vitamins and grains from five manual bag input stations on the ground floor to convey the product a distance of 50m to the upper levels of the plant to five receiver hoppers with controlled discharge of the products into the mixers as required.
Malted Barley Grain Vacuum Conveying System
FSI Engineering designed, fabricated, installed and commissioned a 3TPH Vacuum Conveying System for the handling of Malted Barley Grain from two silos or hand 20kg bags (triple inlet vacuum conveying system) to convey the product a distance of 35m with a controlled feed into the milling equipment.
